Claims are paid upon receipt of a claim form and paid receipts from the providers within 10 business days.

Our plan includes all breeds and ages of dogs and cats and includes all of your family's dogs and cats - no limit on the total number.
What about prior health conditions for my cat or dog?
This is a common question we receive. Most pets have some form of a prior health condition, and for older pets, this becomes the main focus of care. There are no exclusions or rate changes based on breed, age, or preexisting conditions.
